1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using SellerList AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. What the Service Does

SellerList AI helps sellers prepare product listings from a single set of product data, including AI-assisted field suggestions and marketplace-ready upload files. Meesho is the marketplace supported today; Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra are in development and will be offered as they become available. SellerList AI is not affiliated with, and does not publish listings directly to, any marketplace unless you explicitly connect an account for that purpose.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Vendor accounts (suppliers listing products into the shared Catalog) are subject to approval and may be reviewed or removed at our discretion if the products or data supplied don't meet our quality standards.

4. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the product data, images and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant SellerList AI a licence to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the Service to you — including sharing certain catalog-level answers (like category attributes) with other sellers who import the same shared Catalog product, as described in-product.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Some fields may be filled automatically using AI based on your product's name, images and description. AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point only — you're responsible for reviewing and correcting them before publishing a listing on any marketplace.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are shown in INR and may change with notice. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; SellerList AI does not store your card details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, infringing or fraudulent product content, to misrepresent product compliance details (such as HSN codes or manufacturer information), or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

8. Third-Party Marketplaces

Each marketplace sets its own listing requirements, fees and policies, which can change at any time. SellerList AI makes a reasonable effort to keep marketplace templates current but is not responsible for a listing being rejected, delisted or penalised by a marketplace.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerList AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses resulting from marketplace listing rejections or account actions taken by a marketplace.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
