1. We are not the marketplaces

SellerList AI is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra or any other marketplace. Their names appear here only to disclaim any connection with them, and to say which we work with: Meesho is the marketplace we prepare files for today, and Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra are coming soon.

Each marketplace sets its own listing rules, required fields, category structure, commission and penalties, and changes them whenever it likes. We keep our templates current as a matter of course, but a listing being rejected, held, delisted or penalised is between you and that marketplace.

2. AI-assisted content is a starting point

Titles, descriptions, images and category answers may be produced with AI from the product data available. It is prepared to be good enough to use, and it is still your listing.

Check it before you upload. AI can be confidently wrong about a material, a measurement or a compatibility claim, and the seller whose account carries the listing is the one answerable for it.

3. Compliance details are yours to verify

HSN codes, GST rates, country of origin, manufacturer and importer details, and any statutory declaration are legal statements about your goods. Where the product suggests one — from a supplier's data or your own saved profile — it is a suggestion to save you typing, not advice.

We are not tax advisers, customs agents or lawyers. If a compliance field matters to your business, confirm it with someone who is.

4. Supplier information comes from suppliers

Some product information on this platform is supplied by third-party suppliers rather than by us. Prices, stock availability, dimensions, photographs and product codes provided that way are theirs, and are not independently verified. Sourcing from a supplier is a commercial arrangement between you and that supplier; we are not party to it and do not guarantee it.

5. No guarantee of results

Nothing here promises sales, rankings, visibility or revenue. A well-prepared listing is a prerequisite for selling, not a cause of it, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to warn you when it is not. It is still software: it can be unavailable for maintenance, because a dependency has failed, or because something has broken.

Where a paid feature is unavailable for a meaningful period, the Refund Policy applies and we would rather you asked than went quiet.

7. Questions

If something on this page is unclear or seems to conflict with what the product actually does, write to support@sellerlist.in. A disclaimer that contradicts the product is a bug, and we will treat it as one.
