Cookie Policy
Effective 20 August 2026
How SellerList AI uses cookies and browser storage — which, as policies of this kind go, is not much.
1. The short version
SellerList AI stores a small amount of data in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember a few of your own choices. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell what we store, and we are not running third-party analytics or tracking pixels on the signed-in application today.
If that changes, the choice you make in the cookie notice is already recorded and will be honoured — we will not treat an old visit as consent to something new.
2. What we store, and why
Sign-in token — kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in between visits. Without it you would be asked for your password on every page. This is strictly necessary and cannot be turned off while you are using an account.
Your cookie choice — the answer you gave in the notice at the bottom of the screen, plus the date you gave it, so we do not ask again on every page.
Interface preferences — light or dark mode, how many rows you want per page, and whether you have dismissed a one-off prompt. These exist so the product behaves the way you left it.
Nothing in this list is shared with anyone else, and none of it is used to build a profile of you.
3. Cookies set by other companies
Two third parties can set their own cookies when you use particular features, because the feature will not work otherwise.
Razorpay — when you open the payment window to buy a plan or a credit pack. Your card details are typed into Razorpay's own window and never reach us. Their cookies are governed by their privacy policy, not this one.
Sentry — our error-reporting service, which records the technical detail of a crash so we can fix it. It is told which account id hit the error and never your email address or your product data.
4. What we do not do
No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social media tracking pixels. No selling or sharing of browsing data. No cross-site tracking.
We would rather say this plainly than bury it: the reason this page is short is that there is genuinely not much on it.
5. Changing your mind
Clearing your browser's site data for this site removes everything described above, including your sign-in token — you will simply be asked to sign in again, and the cookie notice will reappear so you can answer it differently.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary items will stop you being able to sign in, which is a limitation of how sign-in works rather than a choice on our part.
6. Questions
Write to privacy@sellerlist.in and a person will answer. If you want to know exactly what is stored against your account, ask — you are entitled to that and we will tell you.
