Business/compliance information: — manufacturer, packer and importer details you provide, used to fill in marketplace-required compliance fields.

Usage data: — basic technical information like device/browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Service reliable.

Log and Usage Data: — Our servers automatically collect information when you access our site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and your usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Service: building your product listings, generating marketplace upload files, running AI-assisted field suggestions, processing subscription payments, and providing customer support.

3. AI Processing

Where AI-assisted filling is used, your product's name, images and description may be sent to a third-party AI provider to generate suggested field values. This is used only to help build your listing and is not used to train models on your behalf.

4. Shared Catalog Data

When you import a product from the shared vendor Catalog, certain non-commercial answers you complete for it (like category attributes or HSN/tax classification) may be reused to pre-fill the same product for other sellers who import it later. Your price, stock, SKU and cost price are never shared — those stay private to your account.

5. Data Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the platform (such as hosting, payment processing and the AI provider referenced above), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform that function.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you reactivate it or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

7. Your Privacy Rights

You can access, correct or delete most of your data directly from your account settings and product pages. To request a full export or deletion of your account data, contact us at the email below.
